Córdoba, known as the city with three cultures, is the Muslim capital in Spain. It is the head territory located in the center of Andaluza. El Guadalquivir river crosses through this province from east to west and helps irrigate the rich soil for agriculture such as grains, vines, and olives. Towards the north, the countryside merges with the last mountain tops of Sierra Morena which has this groves with hunting opportunities. Towards the south the countryside gains more altitude as it reaches the Subbetica mountains. Through these chalky soils one can see the vast olive fields, pueblo blanco settlements, and baroque architecture. The passages are a mountainous home to a variety of wildlife. The Cordoba province, which conserves footprints from the Iberian, Roman, and Muslim past, has its many rich traditions.
